Good Chemistry - A Review of Boston University Chemistry

Good Chemistry - A Review of Boston University ChemistryBoston University Chemistry is a fun and interesting course that teaches students the basics of chemistry. You will learn all about the chemistry process from boiling point to freezing point, atoms and molecules. The course allows you to compare the two methods of combustion, which is how the human body works and how the body reacts to external stimuli. Although the lecture is fun, the classroom sessions are not.The lecture is a bit boring as the instructor usually asks the class to read over notes after each lecture. It makes the students feel like they are in a high school chemistry class and I always found this a bit ironic. Even the chalk board I saw has lines that go all the way across the board. Yes, it has the words 'We are interested in the presence of carbon monoxide' on it, but at what level of detail? The lecture is very boring and you should just skip that part because it is so boring. One thing that makes this course so boring is the instructor is giving out the wrong answers. I have actually done some tests by myself and figured out more of the problems than the instructor did!The labs are good too. They all consist of real problems to solve and different subjects to apply the chemistry in. I really enjoy taking labs and was impressed with the information given at the end of the lab. There is not a lot of material to learn but the chemistry is fun. There are multiple labs each having its own problems to be solved. I enjoyed getting used to different types of experiments that I was used to with chemistry. I still needed some help and after the fourth lab I was ready to start solving problems. As I had done all the labs, I thought I would try a bit harder at solving them. The labs usually involved different problems, different solutions and different topics. The labs were great because it was like doing a real chemistry test. Each lab had a problem that had to be solved, a solution to the problem and then another set of problems that would have to be solved. So I had a lot of fun trying to figure out how to solve the different problems. After lab, I was ready to do some tests and make some mistakes. My questions for the tests are, 'What chemical formula is above water?' 'What is a hydrogen ion?' and 'Is oxygen really heavier than hydrogen?'

Basic French Grammar Rules Exceptions Do You Know Them

Basic French Grammar Rules Exceptions Do You Know Them Exceptions to French Grammar  Rules ChaptersRules of Gender AgreementThe OE Vowel CombinationTo Learn French GrammarIf you compare using language to operating an automobile, logically, driving the car would equate to conversation, and grammar, the foundation of language, would approximate the engine. That simile begs the question: do you have to know all about the workings of the engine in order to operate your motor vehicle?Of course, you don't! You only need to know driving rules and apply them. However, as a responsible car owner, you should know a little bit about checking fluids, getting the oil changed and never feeding diesel to a gasoline engine. How does this common sense advice correlate to French grammar  as you learn to speak French?Quite effectively, in fact!It is true that you do not need to know your car's stroke to bore ratio, but you do need to know that you should not make your engine work too hard.In grammar terms, now: you don't need to know every single grammar rule, but you do need to know what not t o do when speaking French. In fact, we daresay you will pick up most grammar rules in the course of your language learning, while taking French courses, without any particular emphasis for focus on them. Therefore, we shine our spotlight on common grammar gaffes  that your French teacher will surely instruct on during grammar lessons.Learn about French gender as it relates to grammar Source: Pixabay Credit: 3dman_eulearn the rules. As there is no gender assignment in English, you can imagine how stymieing this particular facet of the French language can be for beginners of french lessons online or face-toface.Please don't panic when we say that, not only must the articles and pronouns accord with the noun's gender, but so too must the verb endings, and any adjectives! We're not going to get that far into the subject, and certainly not every verb tense. We only want to introduce exceptions to the rule that indicate noun ending changes in the face of gender. The Rule: for most adjectives e nding in -eur or -eux, you must change that ending to -euse  if the noun it must agree with is feminine.Heureux = heureuse; Affreux = affreuse; Peureux = peureuseThe Exception: adjectives that end in -teur.The T before -eur causes the feminine form to become -riceActeur = actrice; conservateur = conservatriceOddly enough, the word interpreteur does not have a female form! So, if your job consists of real time translation of dialogue and you are female, this is one profession that accords you a male job title!Let us now suppose you are describing two objects, one masculine and one feminine, that are both white. The Rule: gender confusion is to be avoided at all cost. You would say:Une chemise blanche â€" a white shirtUn chandail blanc â€" a white jumperWhat if you wanted to talk about both garments in the same sentence? The Exception: it is perfectly acceptable to combine opposite gender objects in the same sentence, provided you remember that the masculine gender prevails:Des chemises et chandails blancs. Please note that the article has been changed to plural to suit the fact that there is more than one object being described, and the ending of blanc has been treated to an additional S, to reflect the plural. As noted in the sample sentence above, certain colours have both a masculine and feminine form. Others do not require an extra E at the end so that they will agree with their noun. The colours that change are: blanc/blanche, noir/noire, vert/verte, bleu/bleueThe colours that do not change are: rouge, jaune, marron, orangeTo understand that concept, it might help for you to think of the colour spectrum when trying to figure out if a hue should or shouldn't have a feminine form: those on the red end don't, those on the blue end do!Here is a free French tip: colours at the red end of the spectrum do not changed form for feminine! Source: Pixabay Credit: GeraltFinal Note on Grammatical GenderSurely, in your French language course, you've had it hammered home, most likely with a vengeance, that every single noun in the language is assigned to a gender, even uncountable nouns such as soap (masculine) and air (feminine). The same would hold true were you to study Spanish, or learn Italian!Concepts are generally free from this burden of designation... generally! The Exceptions:La jalousie â€" English speakers would never say the jealousy... well, maybe as a slang phrase.L'amour: yes we can feel the love â€" again, popular vernacular that is not considered proper English.La fainéantise â€" have you ever been stricken by the laziness? We didn't think so.The Mute versus Aspired HThe letter H is rather exacting in French expressions, the general rule being that it is silent. The trouble comes in when using contractions: sometimes H acts like a vowel and is so treated, and sometimes not.Consider these French nouns that all start with what is called the mute H:homme â€" l'homme â€" les hommeshôtel â€" l'hôtel â€" les hôtelshiver â€" l'hiver â€" les hi vershumeur â€" l'humeur â€" les humeurshuile â€" l'huile â€" les huileshygiène â€" l'hygiène Not only does the definite article contract as though the H were not present at all, but they connect as though the H were a vowel: lay zhum (les hommes), for example. Now, let us look at a word or two that start with H, in which that letter is treated as a consonant:le haillonla hainela haltele hamburger â€" I just had to throw that one in there! The article for each of these words is treated as separate; no liaison  possible because the words in question start with a consonant.Keep in mind that, in all cases, the H is not spoken in proper French pronunciation! This distinction is made solely in spoken French for the purposes of contracting articles and linking with their object pronouns. You can view an entire list of H words and their proper distinctions here. Having a Cow...When I was younger, not quite so familiar with French speaking, or rules like the mute versus aspired H, I always wo ndered what a beu was and why it was perpetually angry.Only later did I learn that my mother, a native speaker of French, was talking about minced beef, using that mute H: boeuf haché came out as beu faché!Let this anecdote serve as a lesson to you, beginner or intermediate learner of French: learn to distinguish French speech patterns, so that you can tell a noun and its adjective apart! The OE Vowel CombinationYou'll note in the above sentence that the French word  meaning beef has an extra, unspoken vowel: the O.That was not a typo, I assure you!As you study French, you will discover 7 common words in the francophone language that are spelled with this linguistic ligature, as such things are called. However, when those French words are pronounced, they sound just like words written without those bound vowels! The vowel sound in words such as heure and peur are equivalent to the one in soeur and coeur. It is tempting to think of any word with the oe vowel combination as one that wou ld make the eu sound, but in the case of moelleux, that rule does not apply.Moelleux is an exception to the next rule:For other vocab containing oe, such as poêle and poésie, you'll note the accent placed on the E, which indicates it is a syllable onto itself.Fortunately, we Brits are somewhat attuned to the oe combination because some of our words still have it. Feel sorry for the American students of French, whose use of such ligature is completely alien! From your beginner French course, you can learn language with a dictionary Source: Pixabay Credit: PDPicsTo Learn French GrammarUnlike in English where, for every rule there is at least one exception, French grammar is fairly straightforward. To be sure, French has its irregular verbs â€" être and avoir being two important ones, but the list of irregular verbs in French is substantially shorter than the one in English.Verb conjugation, on the other hand, tends to be a bit more intricate because of its expanded list of pronouns t hat includes male and female, and a formal you.Furthermore, the verbs in French,   are subject to nearly double the number of tenses that English verbs are, although some would argue that the French verbs have more moods, rather than more tenses.Subjunctive, interrogative, indicative and imperative are all considered finites in French. Conditional is sometimes considered finite, as well. The three non-finites are infinitive, past participle and present participle, in case you were wondering. While studying your French course, and even if you learn  French online, you will surely not encounter too many grammar rule exceptions. That is because there aren't that many! Our recommendation of the best way to learn French would be:Learn expressions, words and phrases without too much focus on what you shouldn't do or say when you speak French.2. Make ample use of your dictionary; not just for translations, but because it will indicate the all-important gender transitions for any pronoun or art icle you might use.3. Build your language skills and listening comprehension; use new language any time you can.4. Listen to French audio and talk with native French speakers every chance you get.5. Practice French phrases as you commute or shop; in fact you should use your second language as much as possible as you go through your day!Immersion into French culture wouldn't hurt, either. Variable Definition Math

Variable Definition Math Variables play an important role in any given algebraic expression or equation. Variables are the letters or alphabets found in most of the math formulas, expressions or equations and the prominence of these variables is that they can take in any number as their value, according to the given question. Numbers written in an expression or an equation are known as constants, because they are constant or fixed with their value unlike variables. Variables in math are very useful since they give us the freedom to assign them values accordingly. Example 1: Solve the given equation to find the value of the variable, 5p 6 = 4. Given equation: 5p 6 = 4 In the above equation, the variable is the alphabet p since variables are always represented by letters. Solving the equation means to find the value of p in the given equation. 5p 6 = 4 == 5p = 4 + 6 - 5p = 10 This gives: p = 10/5 - p = 2. Hence the value of the variable, p = 2. Example 2: Solve the given equation to find the value of the variable, 3x + 8 = -10 Given equation: 3x + 8 = -10 In the above equation, the variable is the alphabet x since variables are always represented by letters. Solving the equation means to find the value of x in the given equation. 3x + 8 = -10 == 3x = -10 8 - 3x = -18. This gives: x = -18/3 - x = -6. Hence the value of the variable, x = -6.

How To Solve Polynomial Equations Online Tutoring

How To Solve Polynomial Equations Online Tutoring When P (x) = 0 (1) Where P (x) is a polynomial expression then the equation (1) is known as a polynomial equation with variable x of highest power n where n = 0, 1, 2, 3, , n. Examples of polynomial expression: - x^2 + 8 x + 16 = 0 (x 1) ( x^3 6 x^2 + 9 x) = 0 x^2 x = 0 x^5 + 6 x^4 + 4 x^2 4 x + 8 = 0 Question 1: - Solve the following polynomial equation and find the value of x. Solution: - i) Factorize the L.H.S. polynomial expression X^2 + 8 x + 16 = x^2 + 2 * x * 4 + (4)^2 = (x + 4) ^2 ii) Now write the L.H.S. expression equal to zero then solve and find the value of x. (x + 4) ^2 = 0 X + 4 = 0 X = - 4 Therefore x = - 4 Question 2: - If (x 1) ( x^3 6 x^2 + 9 x) = 0, find x. Solution: - (x 1) (x^3 6 x^2 + 9 x) = 0 (x 1) {x (x ^2 6 x + 9)} = 0 X (x 1) (x ^2 2 * x * 3 + 3 ^2) = 0 X (x 1) (x ^2 3) ^2 = 0 Therefore x = 0 X 1 = 0, hence x = 1 (x ^2 3) ^2 = 0, or, x 3 = 0, hence x = 3 Answer: - Therefore x = 0, 1, 3, 3

We will discuss how to effectively?set up an AutoCAD account?to use the software,?essential AutoCAD tools?that need to be mastered in the beginning, and?where to find AutoCAD software.    Many drafters in architecture, graphic design, and engineering  fields  use software such as AutoCAD to create 2D or 3D blueprints and sketches for buildings, engineering parts, or computer  chips.?  The various step s required to successfully set-up an AutoCAD account and choose a correct subscription is featured in this link.Basic AutoCAD ToolsWith the AutoCAD software, older methods of drafting or drawing have become easier. (Source: Unsplash)It is not a secret that the AutoCAD software is challenging to  learn.  However,  many experts, developers, and long-time users have provided helpful tips and tricks for beginners on websites, on blogs, and  in  books.  Many experienced professionals suggest that beginners should  work hard to assimilate the functions of  AutoCAD  by spending a whole day  experimenting  with the software  before starting an intense work assignment.?  Remember, practice makes perfect!?  Autodesk  has  developed a guide  called  Autodesk’s Hitchhiker’s Guide to the AutoCAD Basics  to  help  beginners  learn?AutoCAD’s tools.?  In today’s article,  Superprof  will also discuss some?essential tools  to  master  drawing and modifying in  AutoCAD.  Basic Drawing Tools   Drawing is an essential aspect of the AutoCAD software?for drafters and designers. The following are some of the most basic drawing tools along with their definitions:  Point:?used by drafters to create a symbol on the drawing that is tied to another specific spot or location on the draft. In the AutoCAD software, points are defined by the coordinates (x,y,z).  Polygon:?multisided shapes such as pentagons or hexagons can be frequently used on the AutoCAD software by all users. To create the desired polygon wanted by the user the software asks the user number of sides and final shape. “Closed polygons” can be edited using the command PEDIT.  Spline:?a spline is a curve that is defined by specific mathematical equations. The user can decide how many  verticles  they wish and  AutoCAD  will release a spline curve that incorporates  all of  these points. The program shortcut to create a spline is “spl.”  Hatch:?commonly known as space fillers, they can be made of a solid  colour  or a more specific pattern that was previously designed by the user.  Other essential drawing tools include  the  polyline, arc, circle, ellipse, and text  tools.  For visual learners wanting to become more familiar with  the  drawing tools,  Youtube  also has several  tutorials  to help  first-time users through the beginning stages.  Basic Modifying Tools  The following are the necessary modifying tools to learn from the get-go:  Erase:?everyone needs to erase mistakes once and awhile. Therefore, the erase tool saves the day for many drafters. Users select the item they wish to eliminate and press the erase tool.  Copy:?to move a selected object from one place to another, the copy tool is used. To successfully copy an item, the user selects two points, and the object is copied using two positions at base point. The shortcut for this modifying tool is “cp/co.”  Array:?there are two types of arrays used: polar and grid. To make a polar grid the AutoCAD system asks the user how many copies they wish to include in their draft. To create a  grid  array the user is requested by the software how many columns and rows are needed to complete the task at hand.    Like  the  drawing tools, there are many Youtube  tutorials that can  help beginners grasp?the concepts of using modifying tools.  Where to Find AutoCAD Software  Where to buy AutoCAD software at a reasonable price? It is important to mention that AutoCAD software can be  downloaded on any PC or Mac from the Autodesk site. The following points feature official websites to purchase AutoCAD:Autodesk  (UK):?Click here to purchase AutoCAD.    Autodesk (Australia):  Click here to purchase AutoCAD.At  Superprof  we make it our goal to help people grasp essential information from a variety of topics; therefore, we hope that?our article about AutoCAD?has personally helped you better understand this software system, how to create an Autodesk account, and where to purchase and download AutoCAD.  Experienced users of  AutoCAD  design software?know the benefits and if you are on edge, don’t hesitate, do it; you won’t regret it after  realising  how efficiently this CAD software works!    Also, it would be extremely wise to consider hiring a private Superprof tutor who is familiar with the AutoCAD functions.

Why Learn Dutch Here Are 10 Great Reasons 10 Great Reasons to Learn Dutch ChaptersThe Dutch Language has an Amusing VocabularyLearning Dutch is Relatively EasyGo Travelling! What About Studying Abroad?Understand Linguistic QuirksWatch Dutch Movies!Speak English BetterGive Your Brain a BoostLearn Dutch to Get PromotedExplore Dutch CuisineWhen avid minds contemplate language learning, overwhelmingly, Romance languages leap to to the forefront. They seek out French courses or they want to learn Spanish, giving little thought to any Germanic language including the German language itself - which is really odd, seeing as English is considered Germanic in spite of more than a quarter of our vocabulary originating from French. What about you? Are you actively thinking of learning a new language but haven’t yet decided on one?How about learning Dutch?Superprof now provides you with 10 great reasons to learn this language that is spoken by more than 28 million people around the world.derogatory intent. It seems the Dutch settlers of New Amsterdam (now New York) did no t care for their Connecticut neighbours, leading them to call those English settlers by all sorts of demeaning names. Undaunted by the ridicule, those New World patriots even went so far as to include it in patriotic songs.Might that be one of society’s earliest instances of reverse psychology? The study of this word’s etymology proves that Yankees were indeed British subjects whose descendants became American over a century later.Today, nobody on British soil considers themselves a Yank and Americans glory in the title.Other amusing words that come from Dutch include:blunderbuss â€" from donder meaning thunder and bus originally meaning boxdapper, meaning bold or sturdy â€" vastly different from today’s interpretation!geek: from gek, meaning fool (again, a wild divergence from its modern meaning)knapsack originally represented a snack bagPoppycock: from pappekak, meaning soft dungquack: literally somebody who dabbles in ointments (original word kwaksalver)slim, in Dutch: bad, sly or crookedAnd from the long list of English words originating from Dutch, one last, most interesting term: (military) tattoo. To get soldiers back to the barracks in time â€" before they could become completely inebriated, military drummers would make the rounds at the appropriate hour, signalling innkeepers to doe den tap toe or turn off the taps. The practice has since evolved into the pageantry and precision we are treated to every year, so far from its bawdy roots...Indeed, the Dutch language has made our own tongue so rich, especially if you consider how some of our words came about!Learning Dutch is Relatively EasyBecause the Dutch language peppers our vocabulary so liberally, students of the Dutch language are constantly surprised to discover just how many Dutch words they already know.Besides, Dutch is our mother tongue’s closest relative, meaning that many native speakers of English have a much easier time learning the language of the Netherlands than they would should they endeavour to learn Italian or Portuguese. It is true that this new language you propose to learn has some sounds that don’t exist in English, such as the trilled R and the dorsal fricative â€" the ch sound, but they are pretty easy to learn. One difficulty many Dutch learners report is in article usage.English has one article, the, to represent German’s three articles: der, die and das (masculine, feminine and neutral) Dutch falls smack in the middle, calling for only two: de and het.The challenge lies in memorizing which article goes with which noun, as they are not guided by grammatical gender rules like German articles are, nor are they generic as the English article is.Go Travelling! It is true the Netherlands is overwhelmingly English-friendly, with a reported 86% of the people capable of conversing in English.Don’t let that be the reason you shy away from this delicious-sounding language! The fact is that Dutch is not spoken only in the Netherlands but in neighbouring B elgium, as well as Aruba, Sin Maarten, Curaçao and Suriname.Fancy a winter holiday in the sunny Caribbean?Learning to speak a host country’s language shows your interest in and respect for the country, the culture and the people so, even if you learn just enough Dutch phrases to get by on your next holiday, your efforts would be sincerely appreciated. But don't stop there! They certainly do not mean to confuse the hapless foreig ner.Watch Dutch Movies!Granted, the Dutch movie industry is not widely renown but some of their BNs â€" famous people are, Rutger Hauer and Famke Janssen among them.In fact, Dutch cinema has a long history and its Documentary School is known worldwide. But, for all that the Dutch film industry has been the butt of many jokes, some of their films are definitely worthy of praise. As a language learner, you might try taking in Turkish Delight or Amsterdamned with the original soundtrack playing so that you can get some listening practice in.After those two selections, you might go for a bit of comedy with Flodder... after which you may delve into their wide selection of family movies.Although Dutch cinema doesn’t make a big splash on the international scene, there certainly are plenty of titles to choose from on Amazon and elsewhere! And what a great learning experience it would be, hearing native speakers discourse!Speak English BetterThis benefit of language learning applies to any l anguage, not just Dutch. You can never understand one language until you understand at least two â€" Geoffrey WillansGranted, much of our native language is rooted in Dutch, but that factors little in the nugget of wisdom quoted above.Rather, it is the idea that you are stepping outside your own circle of linguistic experience to absorb the vernacular of a completely independent culture â€" kind of like how we never know how lovely home is until we return to it.Learning Dutch will give you a new appreciation for the English language: its subtleties and nuances, its grammar and its fluency. Now aren't you keen to go find resources to improve your Dutch?Learning Dutch can give your brain a boost! Source:Pixabat Credit: Elisa RivaGive Your Brain a BoostThe overall brain-boosting benefits of learning a second language are well-documented: your memory improves, you get better at multitasking and even your ability to conceptualise increases dramatically.Did you know that learning languages can help stave off dementia? Now, in the run-up to the biggest shopping event, you might find that language acquisition can even help you make more rational decisions amid all of the Black Friday sales adverts.Might you gift yourself and your family language lessons this year? The brains of people who speak more than one language actually work differently, studies show. Such a linguist arrives at solutions faster and tends to be more decisive.Aren’t those qualities you might need to advance at work?Learn Dutch to Get PromotedRecent analysis shows that companies prefer to hire and develop employees who can speak more than one language, in part because of the cognitive advantages such workers bring, but also because our society is becoming more diverse.Even if that company does not yet operate on the global commerce stage, surely there are still local clients and customers who might not speak English.Another benefit of hiring people with proficiency in more than one language is that s uch workers expand the company’s horizons: perhaps there is currently no trading with Holland but those connections might soon be in the works! As for you who are intent on learning a foreign language, you may consider the possibility of a pay hike a good incentive to sign up for language courses...Explore Dutch CuisineJust as you don’t have to learn Mandarin to appreciate Chinese food, you don’t actually need any language training to enjoy traditional foods from the Netherlands. However, food being integral to a country’s culture, learning how to speak Dutch may give you the incentive to try out a few traditional recipes.Especially in these cold months, you might want to try stamppot: mashed mixed with veg, served with smoked sausage. Or you could enjoy bitterballen with your evening pint. Those consist of a savoury beef mixture coated in breadcrumbs and fried golden brown. Sounds delish, doesn’t it?Learning a language is surely not a prerequisite to enjoying tasty foods â€" after all, you don’t need to learn French to eat a baguette, but acquiring language skills yields so many benefits including cultural comprehension that we understand perfectly why you endeavour to learn a foreign language. And now, you have ten good reasons to sign up for that Dutch language course you’ve long been considering!

Critical Reasoning Question 22 Manufacturing - Private Tutoring

Critical Reasoning Question 22 Manufacturing BobbiM Mar 25, 2014 Smith Products fabricates machine tools that are essentially identical to those produced by Jackson Manufacturing.   For both companies, raw materials represent about two-thirds of the cost of manufacturing the machine tools.   To gain an edge over Jackson Manufacturing, Smith Products should purchase its raw materials from a new supplier advertising much lower prices. Which of the following, if true, would most weaken the argument above? A.           Smith Products spends more on employees’ wages than Jackson Manufacturing does. B.           Smith’s current supplier provides raw materials of exceeding high quality. C.           The market for machine tools has been declining for several years. D.           The new supplier’s materials are of low quality and would reduce the lifespan of Smith machine tools by half, causing sales to decline. E.             The plant manager for Smith Products is planning to increase the plant’s efficiency. Think you know the answer? The correct answer is D. The conclusion that Smith Products could gain an advantage by purchasing lower-cost raw materials is based on the evidence that raw materials represent the largest proportion of costs for both Smith and Jackson.   For the conclusion to hold, Smith must assume the new raw materials will not have any other negative effects on its business.   So, to weaken the argument, look for a choice that casts doubt on this assumption.   (D) does so by stating that the low quality of the new materials will cause a drop in sales.   If that occurs, using the new supplier will not create an advantage for Smith Products, and so (D) is the answer.   (A) and (E) indicate other ways that Smith might gain an advantage, but they don’t have any bearing on whether changing suppliers would create an advantage.   (B) is similarly irrelevant; even if true, it doesn’t provide any reason Smith should not use the new supplier.   (C) is out of the scope of the argument.

However, in war as in love situations are often different and normal rules may not apply. In these situations you will often hear the expression all is fair in love and war.  ex. Ivan fancied Irina. Chris fancied her too. Ivan  told Chris that she was already married (this was a lie). Chris believed him and forgot about her.  Ivan asked her out on a date and they fell in love quite quickly. Chris was angry when he found out  the truth. However, he laughed when Ivan explained to him that he had no choice after all all is fair  in love and war.  FAINT HEART NEVER WON FAIR LADYThis is a very old English expression. In fact my English teacher used to quote it to us in class almost every day. It really means if you do not take a chance you will never win. So in life sometimes you take a gamble. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.  ex. Why dont you ask Mary out? It is the only way to find out if she feels the same. Faint heart never won fair lady!  Enjoy the special day on the 14th February!   Learn New English Vocabulary Words origins how it startedmystery something not clearat first sight happened immediatelyto got out with (someone) to dateto fancy to be attracted to smbto gamble to take a risk
